These terms apply when you use the Sonaa Digital Prints website, request a quote, place an order, or submit artwork for production.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are based on the specifications supplied by you and remain subject to artwork and production review. Changes to size, quantity, material, finishing, artwork, delivery requirements, or timelines may change the final amount.
Prices and taxes
Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and payment terms are shown in the quote, checkout, invoice, or order confirmation. We may correct obvious pricing or specification errors before production begins.
Artwork responsibility
You confirm that you have the rights to use submitted artwork and that its content is lawful. Please review spelling, dimensions, colours, bleed, design details, and sizing before approving production. Screen colours can differ from printed output depending on material and production process.
Production and delivery
Production begins after artwork review and the applicable payment requirement are completed. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with approvals, print specifications, finishing, dispatch, weather, and courier conditions.
Payments
Advance or full payment may be required before production. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the order terms before collection or delivery. A payment is not a production approval until we confirm the order specifications and artwork.
Cancellation and returns
Custom printed goods cannot normally be cancelled, exchanged, or returned after production has started, except where required by applicable law or where an approved production issue is confirmed by us. Any issue should be reported promptly with the order number and clear supporting photographs where relevant.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Sonaa Digital Prints is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of business, or delays outside our reasonable control. Our responsibility for an approved order issue is limited to an appropriate remedy for that order.
